Hybrid Events: the perfect way to reach both your live and online audience. Our spaces can safely accommodate your physical attendees in a variety of layouts that fit 2m social distancing. We have also introduced additional practices within our COVID-19 risk assessment to minimise the spread of its’ transmission at Toynbee Hall.

Lecture Hall
Dark panelling & a separate, original entrance give this room a classic feel that is well suited to both artistic performances and professional events
The Ashbee Hall
This room can be used in tandem with the Lecture Hall or works well as a stand-alone space in a warmer colour scheme
Meeting Rooms 2/3
Looking for more of a modern, blank canvas? This space is very adaptable & can be partially divided to create separate groups

Catering
From £8 +vat, per person
All food served will be individually wrapped for attendees by our caterers. At break times, attendees must be divided into “microbubbles” of no more than 6 persons if they are mingling
Equipment
Screen hire £50+VAT, includes display screen adapter.
PA System: £50+VAT, includes 2 microphones
We are also able to accommodate requests for a variety of different furniture and equipment, at an additional cost.
